Making his racecourse debut in July 2014 a first success came via a Leopardstown Maiden on his third start.

Beginning his three-year-old career beaten only a short head in the G3 Curragh Cup Order Of St George soon resumed winning ways.

Landing Her Majesty's Plate to start an unbeaten run of six his season culminated in a first Irish St. Leger success at The Curragh.

He secured the Saval Beg Stakes first time out at four teeing up a tilt at the Gold Cup on ‘ladies day’ at Royal Ascot Racecourse.

The marathon distance proved easily within reach drawing clear from a field of established international stayers to secure a decisive victory in a historic race under champion jockey Ryan Moore, run to Honour of The Queen's 90th Birthday.

“He is just a big Rolls Royce engine” effused trainer Aidan O’Brien.
Pipped by Wicklow Brave when attempting to close down a second Irish St. Leger Order Of St George proved his versatility…

…finishing third as part of a famous one-two-three for Aidan O’Brien in the 2016 Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe. Another victory came courtesy of a second Saval Beg in May 2017 before a famous battling finish when bidding for back-to-back Gold Cups at Ascot where Big Orange just prevailed in a thrilling renewal.

Returning to Ascot via a second Irish St. Leger Order of St George claimed the seasonal staying finale; the G2 Long Distance Cup.

Two facile victories kickstarted his six-year-old campaign before bowing out with a creditable fourth place behind super stayer Stradivarius at Royal Ascot.

He further bolsters the Coolmore National Hunt roster counting 13 victories from 25 career starts.
