This is the Ancel BD310 pocket sized Automotive Code Reader. This code reader even though in a small size it still has a lot to offer in vehicle diagnostics and engine health. It is advertised as a 3 in 1 OBD2 Scanner tool meaning you can use the smaller hand held device, you can download an app on your cell phone and bluetooh into this device, or it can be set up as a heads up display to project off your cell phone and onto the vehicle windshield.
I've found this code reader to be very useful, I've had other code readers in the past where I've only used them when a service engine soon light comes on, but with the added features on this one and the way that I can mount it where it is easily accessable I will be using it a lot more to keep an eye on my vehicles.
