Windhorst says the Lakers' current offer of Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram and the No. 4 overall pick is not enough (unless David Griffin can land a top player with that selection), and Griffin is trying to extract a big package from the Celtics -- particularly centered around Jayson Tatum.
