Badminton is tough for your body. You always have to recover for a few days between training sessions and matches - but how do we recover in badminton the best way?

Badminton is a very healthy sport. You get to practise many of the bigger muscles around in lower and upper body + also your ability your stamina and condition. The combination of this is normally resulting in sore muscles or muscles pain, which takes time to recover from. That's especially something i have felt in my badminton career, which usually leads me in long recovery periods.
