Ben Simmons registered his 2nd career playoff triple-double, joining W. Chamberlain (8) and C. Barkley (2) as the only 76ers players with multiple triple-doubles in the playoffs as he finished with 18 points, 10 rebounds and 12 assists in the victory. The 76ers set a new franchise record for points in a playoff game (141 pts vs SF in Game 1 of 1967 NBA Finals on 4/14/1967) as they defeated the Nets, 145-123, to tie this best-of-7 series at 1 game apiece.
