Throughout Black History Month, the EFL is celebrating current and former players and managers that have had an impact on the game by telling their stories.

Paul Hall, the current Under-23s coach at QPR, hung up his boots in 2001 on the back of a 20-year playing career, which included a promotion with Walsall and further Play-Off memories with Rushden & Diamonds. Hall was one of three EFL players/coaches to feature on the Football Black List 2021; an initiative which shines a light on the most influential Black people in British football.
