Borussia Dortmund lost further ground in the Bundesliga title race as they suffered a heavy 5-1 home defeat against promoted side Stuttgart. ESPN FC’s Jan Aage Fjortoft says Dortmund were “embarrassing” and expresses concern over how much longer head coach Lucien Favre can remain in his job. Fjortoft also criticises Dortmund’s lack of a Plan B in the absence of Erling Haaland and says they were “exploited all over the pitch.”
