The Cleveland Browns are looking to improve in free agency. They beefed up their secondary by signing cornerback Troy Hill to a 4-year deal yesterday and earlier this week they locked up safety John Johnson III to a 3-year deal, adding to an already strong defense. Despite these moves, Shannon Sharpe tells Skip Bayless why he doesn't believe the AFC Championship will be in reach for the Browns until their quarterback, Baker Mayfield, is a more consistent factor on the field.
