Former Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Derek Carr is signing a 4-year deal with the New Orleans Saints. Colin Cowherd explains why the Saints can provide many opportunities the Raiders could not for Carr. Meanwhile, with Carr signing with the Saints, the Green Bay Packers now have more leverage over the New York Jets because options at quarterback are limited in the free agency market. Colin believes a deal between the Packers and Jets for Aaron Rodgers could be more likely after Carr was claimed away by the Saints.
