After Red Sox legend David Ortiz was shot in the back at a nightclub in the Dominican Republic and surgery was completed on the three time champion, shock and support rang out across Major League Baseball and the Boston Red Sox. President and CEO of the Red Sox, Sam Kennedy joins manager Alex Cora, former teammate Jason Varitek and former New York Yankees icon, Derek Jeter in offering their support and a speedy recovery for Ortiz.
