Trent Alexander-Arnold's challenge on Dominic Calvert-Lewin was deemed a penalty by the referee after VAR review. Now, the FC panel give their take on the incident. ESPN FC's Steve Nicol thinks it was definitely a penalty for the Toffees, while Frank Leboeuf disagrees. Nicol insists that if Alexander-Arnold hadn't raised his leg, the penalty would have been waived off. Leboeuf thinks Alexander-Arnold's motion was natural and didn't intend contact on Calvert-Lewin.
