Evgeny Kuznetsov traded to the Carolina Hurricanes

Carolina Hurricanes have acquired forward Evgeny Kuznetsov from the Washington Capitals in exchange for a third-round pick in the 2025 NHL Draft. As a condition of the trade, the Capitals will retain 50% of Kuznetsov’s salary.
