The last player to repeat as U.S. Open champion is Dave Husted, winning the title in 1995 and 1996. The 7-10 split was converted once on a U.S. Open telecast, achieved by Anthony Neuer in 2021. The lowest winning score in a championship match was 191, rolled by Mike Scroggins in 2009. The highest winning score in a championship match was Pete Weber's 289 in 1991. The highest score on a telecast was 300, shot by François Lavoie in the semifinal match in 2016.
