Giants may pass on Dwayne Haskins but the Redskins could trade up for the QB - Todd McShay | Get Up!

Mel Kiper Jr. sees Kyler Murray going No. 1 overall to the Arizona Cardinals in the 2019 NFL draft, but Todd McShay is hesitant to call Murray a lock for the top pick because Josh Rosen will have to be traded. McShay also hears that the New York Giants may pass on Dwayne Haskins to take Drew Lock with the 17th overall pick and Kiper could see the Washington Redskins trading up to draft Haskins.
