Ryan Clark proclaims that Antonio Brown being out with a foot injury is not only bad for the Oakland Raiders as a whole, it is bad for Derek Carr. Clark believes that the Raiders need Antonio Brown at least to practice in order to find out if Derek Carr is the quarterback of the future.
