ESPN FC’s Alejandro Moreno and Frank Leboeuf discuss the performance of Inter’s Romelu Lukaku, who despite scoring an early penalty failed to make an impact in the game and missed a crucial one-on-one with the score tied at 2-2. Moreno says the Belgian striker often “comes up short” when it matters. Leboeuf agrees, calling Lukaku “quite average” most of the time.
