Saadiyat Beach Golf Course has received critical acclaim since opening in winning The Best Golf Course in The United Arab Emirates by The World Golf Awards and has also hosted numerous regional and international professional golf tournaments.

The course has also played host to the very best in women's golf as the host venue of the Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Open. The event was won by England's Charley Hull who claimed a 1-shot victory over Marianne Skarpnord. Hull's rounds of 67, 72 and 69 gave a total of -8.
