Sam Burns’ winning highlights from Sanderson Farms

At the 2021 Sanderson Farms Championship, Sam Burns claimed his second victory on the PGA Tour with rounds of 68-66-65-67 to finish at 22-under-par at Country Club of Jackson.

The PGA TOUR returns to Country Club of Jackson in Mississippi for the annual Sanderson Farms Championship. Sergio Garcia is the only Ryder Cup participant to be back in action this weekend. Despite disappointment for Team Europe, Garcia will be hoping to build upon his own impressive display at Whistling Straits, in which he set a new record for most match wins by a European (25.5). Garcia will also be buoyed by his victory at the 2020 Sanderson Farms Championship, in which he held off a challenge from Peter Malnati, winning by a single shot. Ryder Cup Vice Captain Zach Johnson and Matthew Wolff will also be in action, with the former looking for his first win since his triumph at The Open Championship in 2015. Other former major champions to look out for this weekend include Keegan Bradley, Jimmy Walker, Gary Woodland and Lucas Glover.
