'Underwater walk' exercise can be very helpful in swimming training. An athlete is walking on the bottom of the 25m pool holding 85lbs bucket filled with stones.
DO NOT repeat this if you are not a proficient swimmer / surfer. For safety reasons, always have a lifeguard beside you.
