The NCAA is 'hypocritical and absurd' for applying new 'Rich Paul Rule' - Max Kellerman | First Take

Max Kellerman blasts the NCAA for implementing new requirements for the agents of NBA draft hopefuls. Kellerman says the NCAA has no business being involved in athlete representation and calls the new rules "stupid" and "condescending." Ryan Clark adds that the criteria is blatantly in response to how Rich Paul and his clients, including LeBron James, have taken control of their NBA careers.
