Russell Westbrook registered his 32nd triple-double of the season (136th of his career) as he finished with 27 points (10-22 FG), 10 rebounds and 15 assists to lead the Thunder to a 132-126 victory over the Timberwolves tonight in Minneapolis. Paul George contributed 27 points (8-22 FG), 7 rebounds and 6 assists of his own in the victory. Karl-Anthony Towns led all scorers with 35 points (17 in the 4th quarter), along with 7 rebounds for the Timberwolves, while Andrew Wiggins totaled 24 points (9-15 FG), 5 rebounds and 4 assists in the losing effort. With the win, the Thunder improve to 47-33, while the Timberwolves fall to 36-44 on the season.

The Thunder currently hold the 7-seed in the Western Conference, 0.5 games ahead of the 8-seed Spurs. The Thunder have an identical record as the 6-seed Clippers, but the Clippers own the tiebreaker due to having a better win percentage against teams in their own division.
