Even despite their recent domestic success, ESPN FC's Craig Burley doesn't see Spurs as credible title contenders. Burley puts Tottenham's chances at zero, adding that Liverpool and Manchester City will rise to the top and outshine Jose Mourinho's side. Frank Leboeuf agrees, saying it Spurs win it all, "the Premier League needs to be shut down."
