Bayern München secure their eighth successive league title

The record champions ground out a 1-0 win at relegation battlers SV Werder Bremen and thus clinched the title at the first time of asking, before Borussia Dortmund had even played. A wonderful strike from Robert Lewandowski gave the men from Munich the lead shortly before the break. Bremen pushed forward and had a big chance to equalise in the dying minutes, but a sensational save from Manuel Neuer saw Bayern hold on for the victory and for the title. It means that Munich are crowned German champions for the 30th time in total, and the 29th time in the Bundesliga. Congratulations! Who was your favourite player of the season?
