Fernando Alonso didn’t have to worry about failing to qualify for the Indy 500 this year, as there were only 33 cars entered so everyone would make the race. But he only managed to qualify 26th, meaning he has a lot of ground to make up to complete the Triple Crown with a stunning victory.
