X Games Showdown is a brand new, social-first, community-voted UGC skateboarding competition where 16 skate shops representing towns across the country will battle it out to determine which town in America has the best skateboarders.

In the ultimate battle of hometown pride, skate shops will shoot, edit and submit their own 2-minute video part to be voted on in a bracket contest for the chance to win the $10,000 cash prize and take home the inaugural X Games Showdown winner title and custom X Games Showdown Nixon watches.

Over the course of the month, participating shops will battle head to head until a deserving winner emerges on May 31st.

"Showdown" is not merely a competition; it's an immersive experience that pays respect to the skate shops that support their local skaters each and every day, and elevating grassroots skateboarding — the very soul of skateboarding.
