Session #1: Yoga for Stress Relief and Relaxation (Approx. 15 Minutes): Relieve stress and stretch your body and mind in this brief, but complete, session.
Session #2: Yoga for Balance and Core Strength (Approx. 20 Minutes) - Build strength and stamina in the deep core muscles, which aid in balance, stability, and help to support the spine, with this focused, total body opening practice.
Session #3: Yoga for Strength and Flexibility (Approx. 30 Minutes) - This full class balances strength and mobility work for a body that is strong, yet supple.
EQUIPMENT USED: A mat or towel is all that is required, but the use of a pillow and/or folded blanket may be added to bolster some of the poses.
