The injury means Ramos will miss both Champions League legs vs. Liverpool as well as the El Clasico clash with Barcelona. Kirkland points out that Ramos’ talismanic status and emotional presence will be a huge miss for Real during a crucial point of their season and also says the defenders’ absence will be seen as a real boost for Liverpool’s Champions League hopes.
