McLaren F1 boss Zak Brown has made his feelings on the cost cap breaches by teams including Red Bull. Brown sent a letter to F1 management, the FIA and the teams that DIDN'T commit a cost cap offence in 2021 outlining his strong views on the matter, and the punishments he would like to see.
