The unconventional ending to the 2023 Australian Grand Prix, and how the running order for the final restart was determined, worked to the benefit of some and the detriment of others. Carlos Sainz's five second penalty dropped him outside of the points and meant Ferrari scored nothing from the weekend. Now Ferrari's using the right of review process to try and get the penalty overturned, but is this an abuse of a process that is only meant to correct major errors?
