The women's championship match of the 46th QubicaAMF Bowling World Cup between No. 1 seed Gye Min-Young, Korea and No. 3 seed Aumi Guerra, Dominican Republic was decided in the third game and last game. Gye won the first game, 226-203, and was one mark away from the title in game #2. However, when the Korean left a 6-7-10 split and was unable to convert it, Guerra got up and struck out in the 9th and 10th frame to level the match with a 202-196 win and to force a decider.
