Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, Kevin McHale, Moses Malone (with Isiah Thomas, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Julius Erving and Dominique Wilkins missing out).

1990s:
John Stockton, Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, Karl Malone and Hakeem Olajuwon (Charles Barkley, Gary Payton and David Robinson did not make it).

2000s:
Allen Iverson, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Tim Duncan and Shaquille O'Neal (Jason Kidd, Steve Nash, Dirk Nowitzki, Kevin Garnett, Dwyane Wade and Paul Pierce missed out).

2010s:
Stephen Curry, James Harden, LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Dwight Howard (Russell Westbrook, Kawhi Leonard and Anthony Davis did not make it).
