Rick Finley’s badass 1970 Dodge Charger is a bright iconic classic with a modern power plant. Peaking somewhere north of 1500hp, this “Gem 3 HEMI” block is the foundation for this twin turbo street car monster. He’s had this car for a long time and it shows, from the Viper green paint down to the fine chrome detail, it’s clear that Rick has poured a lot into this car!
