ESPN FC's Gab Marcotti reacts to reports of Bayer Leverkusen star Kai Havertz agreeing to terms with Chelsea, including a package topping $100 million. Marcotti says Havertz is a great player, but will be shocked if Chelsea sign him for that price tag.
