Nikola Jokic paced the Nuggets with 29 points (11-26 FG), 13 rebounds and 4 blocked shots in the losing effort. The Trail Blazers will face the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Finals with Game 1 set for Tuesday, May 14th at Oracle Arena in Oakland at 9:00p.m. ET on ESPN.
