Premier League managers take their opportunity to give their thoughts on Frank Lampard getting sacked by Chelsea. Following a poor run of form Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich took the tough decision to sack Lampard as Chelsea manager, with former PSG and Borussia Dortmund manager Thomas Tuchel expected to replace him this week. Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola explains as a manager why projects and philosophies can be meaningless and if you don't win games in football, you get sacked. Meanwhile Leicester City's Brendan Rodgers believes Lampard needed more time to bed in new signings such as Kai Havertz and Timo Werner. Tottenham Hotspur manager Jose Mourinho, who managed Lampard at Chelsea, also spoke and feels Lampard won't want to talk to him but rather close family and friends in the immediate future.
