For the first time in the history of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb an all electric car has won first place thanks to the exceptional driving skill off Rhys Millen and team Drive eO. All though some believe electric cars are dampening the excitement of automotive racing, you cannot argue the edge these electric vehicles have over their gasoline counterparts in these extreme conditions.
