Romain Grosjean’s long-awaited switch to Andretti Autosport for 2022 where he will take on a full IndyCar schedule including the Indianapolis 500 is finally complete.
The driver will take over the #28 car for the team, and in this video we break down how he landed a top drive.
His rapid adaptation, bringing Dale Coyne Racing to the front of the grid, his willingness to do ovals and the Indy 500 and Andretti’s need for a fresh approach to turnaround its recent form were all integral elements to the deal.
