Amjid's journey in the Fit Fans program is an inspirational one. 

He was suffering from depression after a family incident, having to leave his job for 25 years in the process. 

He was told by doctors to exercise to help his situation, but going to the gym only saw his anxieties worsen.

It was only when a mental health nurse told him about Bolton Wanderers' In The Community's Fit Trotters activities that things began to change.
