'If Liverpool lose to Man City it's OVER!' What can Jurgen Klopp do to save their season? | ESPN FC

ESPN FC's Gab Marcotti and Julien Laurens (The Gab and Juls show) are joined by Don Hutchison to analyse Liverpool's 1-0 loss to Brighton in the Premier League. Liverpool lost at home for only the second time this season, with Brighton's Steven Alzate scoring the only goal of the game. Marcotti questions whether it’s just injuries to star players such as Thiago Alacantra, Virgil Van Dijk, Alisson and Sadio Mane causing the dip in form, or whether Jurgen Klopp could do more to save Liverpool's season. Hutchison feels the players are fatigued and believes Klopp's negative comments post-match were aimed at Mo Salah, who despite leading the Premier League top goal scorers is having a poor season. Laurens believes Klopp has made mistakes in his team selections and feels for Curtis Jones who is currently only being used as an impact substitute. Laurens also feels if Liverpool lose to Man City who they face next in the Premier League, then the title race will be over for Liverpool.
