Kemari was a 15-2 winner of the Queen’s Vase for William Buick and Charlie Appleby.
The Godolphin-owned bay ran prominently and had an untroubled passage through the race when taking a line down the centre of the track after the final bend.
Aidan O’Brien’s Wordsworth was second as the 100-30 favourite, staying on well without threatening to really get there. Stowell was third at 12-1.
