In parkour we tend to ignore hurdles in favor of vaults when passing over low obstacles. However, when your goal is to pass over an obstacle as quickly as possible or you cannot touch the obstacle, (chainlink fences, hedges, etc) knowing how to hurdle comes in very handy.
