In a high-stakes game against the New York Rangers, Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Kris Letang proved to be the hero of the night. With the score tied at 2-2 and the game in ot, Letang stepped up to take advantage of a power play opportunity. Positioned at the point, Letang received a pass from teammate Evgeni Malkin and fired a blistering one-timer missile towards the net. The puck whizzed past the Rangers' goalie and into the back of the net, securing a 3-2 victory for the Penguins.
