Here is a little video I filmed yesterday. This is nothing more than a bit of maintenance training. I'm slightly injured (Foot/Ankle) but I'm still good to train as long as I don't get too crazy. This video is pretty tame, featuring a lot of fundamentals and other movements I've been able to do for a years, but I wanted to see how well I retained a lot of this stuff since my training contains far less repetition and drilling than it used to. When I was younger an average day of training could look similar to this, but nowadays I tend to do less work on retaining and more work on new challenges and skills, not to mention I train more parkour movements (this video is 100% flips). It was fun trying to see how many single tricks I could do in one consolidated area in a relatively small amount of time. However, there are actually a ton more flips and tricks I am capable of, which is crazy to think, considering this video has 52 different tricks and variations! Lastly, this was super tiring, and the closest thing to cardio I've done in a long time, and you can see me get sloppy after only a couple tricks haha!

Leaving to Greece for Red Bull: Art of Motion in only 5 days. Excited but nervous!
