His career began in 2012 at SC Freiburg. Matthias Ginter didn’t need any time to adjust to the top level. He was the youngest member of Germany’s World Cup-winning squad in Brazil in 2014. The centre-back won the DFB Cup with Borussia Dortmund and he’s established himself at centre-back at Mönchengladbach and has the best tackle success rate in the team.
