“A strong passion of mine is alignment and anatomy. My classes are focused on movement that feels good, challenging and safe. I was a dancer my whole life yet even as a professional mover I quickly developed some common injuries in my practice. So I enjoy taking the time to break down basic poses and talk about how students can not only prevent but actually heal injuries through yoga. I think my students would say that i focus on core strength, that my classes are playful, and i’m committed to giving good adjustments and getting my hands on my students. Other teachers I give gratitude to who's styles have influenced my teaching include Saul David Raye, Janet Stone and Tias Little.” ~ Cher
