Mike Trout 'excited' about next 12 years after signing $430 million deal with the Angels | MLB Sound

Mike Trout says the commitment from the Los Angeles Angels meant a lot to him and played a big role in his decision. Trout says living on the east coast played a role in his decision but in the end staying in California was best for him and his family. Trout says it was cool to think about the possibility of playing for the Philadelphia Phillies but he is happy to be an Angel for life. Trout expects ups and downs throughout the next 12 years but in the end the goal is championships.
