Darren Shand was first appointed All Black Manager in 2004 and has now been responsible for everything that happens off the field for over 250 Test matches.

The 2023 season will be Shandy’s last with the side and culminates in the 2023 Rugby World Cup in France. Shandy caught up with the All Blacks Podcast to look back on his time with the team and give an insight into preparations for France.
