Solomon Wright: Before & After

We filmed New Zealand 10km Open Water Gold Medallist and Rottnest Channel winner and record holder Solomon Wright on two occasions. In Febraury 2018 after winning the Rottnest Channel and in December 2018. By increasing his strength strength work (focused mostly on his lat and trap strength) as well beginning his catch in a higher position, Solomon made important tweaks to his technique that helped him win the 2019 NZ 10km Open Water Championship.
