Ah. The treacherous drop in. It's given many beginner and even experienced skaters some memorable slams. While the rider in the clip made a valiant effort, that ramp is really too big for beginners. We recommend practicing drop ins on mellow banks or slopes while you're getting the technique down. From there you can move up to a ramp like the one in this clip.
