We're back with the first episode of Season 3 of The Weekly G presented by Kumho Tire, as hosts Gianna Hearn and Jeff Kee discuss big names on new teams, a 31st team added to the G League, G League Ignite's new prospect class, and more.

The NBA's official minor league, the NBA G League prepares players, coaches, officials, trainers and front office staff for the NBA while acting as the league's research and development laboratory. Featuring 31 teams, 29 with direct affiliations to NBA franchises for 2023-24, the league offers elite professional basketball at an affordable price in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. This season, teams will compete in the innovative Showcase Cup, a 16-game competition culminating at the 2023 NBA G League Winter Showcase from Dec. 19-22 in Orlando, FL. After the Showcase Cup, team records will reset and a 34-game regular season will begin with teams split up into Eastern and Western Conferences. The NBA G League Playoffs presented by Google Pixel start in April and will conclude with the NBA G League Finals presented by YouTube TV.
